What We Do

We brush your pool (steps, tiles, walls).

We clean your automatic pool cleaner (bag / filter).

We net your pool.

We empty your pool skimmer and pump baskets.

We help you monitor your pool operations by reporting any observations of pool issues.

We vacuum your pool.

We clean your pool sweep wall screen.

We keep your pool water healthy and treat any algae.

We test your pool water and apply the correct minerals and chemicals to keep your water in ideal condition.

We check your pool equipment.

We backwash your filter on regular basis.

We verify your automatic pool cleaner function.

What You Do

Keep the pool equipment active and operating approving repairs when required.

Report to us any findings of swimming pool issues.

Maintain sufficient water level.

Notes

Monthly service fee based on a four week billing period.

Stabilizer treatments every 3-4/months.

There could be additional startup charges for the first cleaning & treatment.

Full Plus Pool Service Equipment and Chemicals

You can swap service plans from Full Plus to Starter just contact us to make the change.

We offer twice a month service in Port Charlotte from October till March each year.

You will need a Stabilizer Treatment

Seasonal filter cleanings and stabilizer boosts are compulsory for most swimming pools in Florida. A few times per year our service techs need to perform a filter cleaning with acid, remove phosphates and boost the stabilizer. We charge $49 quarterly for our stabilizer package for weekly service customers.
